I don't know about you, but when it comes to healthy options for dinner, it's sometimes difficult to find delicious options that are also healthy and full with flavour. Luckily for you, our cooking coconut oil is both good for you and full of flavour to add that secret kick to your meals. We put our cooking coconut oil to the test by adding it to our pot roasted vegetables dish ,and it did not disappoint! We were so excited about our dish that we had to share it with you!
Pot roasted vegetables
Ingredients:
3 Carrots
2 medium sweet potatoes,
Small cauliflower
3 red onions,
2 Bell papers
1 head of garlic bulb
1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
1-2 teaspoons of crushed chili flakes
2 tablespoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon of House of Monara coconut oil
1) Slice carrots and sweet potatoes into small thin circles. Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Then cut the red onions and bell peppers into small circles. Remove the garlic bulb into individual cloves.
2) Put all these vegetables into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle cumin seeds, Chilli flakes, mixed herbs, and salt to taste.
3) Slightly warm 1 tablespoon of House of Monara coconut oil and mixed well with all the vegetables.
4) Put the dish into the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes(200 C) until the vegetables are tender.
5) Voila! It is ready to eat!
